With Mold Solutions' 25 Year Warranty on all new construction treatments you can rest easy knowing that your new home will be protected from mold colonization and will remain a healthy place for you and your family to live. The manufacturer, Microbe Guard, will repair or replace surfaces damaged by microbes resulting from product failure.

Certified Technicians thoroughly inspect each facet of the home, carefully noting any area of concern as it relates to existing mold, water intrusion, open windows, visible leaks, and excess moisture. A detailed report of these valuable findings is provided to the builder. In the event existing mold is discovered, it is eradicated by the use of our exclusive "Mold Blast" treatment that kills mold and removes mold stains on contact.

Meticulous HEPA vacuuming is essential to the proper application of Microbe Guard EPA registered Antimicrobials. Mold Solutions technicians are trained to search for areas where sawdust and other minor particles would otherwise go unnoticed. The use of HEPA vacuums minimizes the transference of collected particles. Special attention is given to all exterior wall cavities under any opening where water intrusion could occur.

All windows, doors, shower stalls, bathtubs or other areas where an antimicrobial could adversely affect the "finish" are meticulously protected with poly. This painstaking process ensures that our Microbe Guard treatment will in no way affect any shiny surface or permanently seal in dirt, fingerprints or other unwanted marks.

Our certified technicians are thoroughly trained in the art of applying antimicrobials. Areas where water intrusion might be a factor, such as cavities beneath windows, bathrooms, under sinks, doorways, basements, etc. receive special treatment.

A thorough post completion inspection is conducted to ensure there was a complete application of antimicrobials. Our certified technicians then remove all poly/tape, warning signs, and any other equipment or materials they brought to the job site. A completion certificate is then handed over to the builder with the certification number of the authorized technician who performed the services.

The EPA registered Microbe Guard Antimicrobial is protected by three United States and seven international patents. When our antimicrobial is applied by our trained professionals to uncontaminated surfaces, this treatment will inhibit microbe contamination and related damage from occurring. Unlike other biocides, the treatment does not dissipate or leach off. There is no chance for microorganisms to adapt, build up tolerance, or become resistant to the formula. A chemically bonded antimicrobial treatment to all interior wood surfaces in the structure will kill and prevent the growth of microbes on that structure. Mold Solution's treatment can be applied to virtually any surface including: concrete, wood, insulation products, tile grout, and cementitious setting beds for fabric, textiles and other materials. Microbe Guard’s Technology exhibits long lasting efficacy against a broad spectrum of microorganisms.
